We offer:

  1. Consolidate your order from multiple sources into one shipment
  2. If only one farmer’s products are chosen, we offer a further discount by shipping from the farmer with our collaboration
  3. Other tea products not listed on our retail site are available
  4. Further volume discount with your purchase amount

SONO ORGANIC can accept your orders by following conditions.

  1. Unit of purchase: 1kg (2.2 pound) / one tea leaf type
  2. Minimum purchase amount: 2 kg (4.4 pounds)
  3. Quote: We offer you a quote per your orders with your preferred currency if the stock of your selected items is available.
  4. Shipping Method: EMS(Express Mail Service)/DHL/FedEx (we accommodate insurance for your order and give you tracking number)
  5. Payment: PayPal or Credit card payment available
  6. If you agree to our quote, we will send you the invoice and payment request via email.
  7. Upon confirming your payment, we will ship your order to your address.
  8. There is a case to take additional time to get necessary documentation if required by your customs.  We will inform you when such a situation occurs.
