Farmer’s Recommended way to brew for 1 cup:
-Leaf amount: 0.106 oz / 3 g
-Water temperature: 212 F / 100 C
-Water amount/cup: 4.396 fl oz / 130 ml
-Infusion time: 1 min.

Alternative way is to put tea leaves and water in kettle and after boiled, continue boiling for 2 min. with low heat.

    This three year matured tea has a more refined, fruitier and a bit cacao-woodsy aroma and smaller, more delicate parched leaves and stems – it did indeed soothe my soul when I drank it – just like Miyazaki-san says.
