Farmer’s recommended way to brew for 1 cup:
-Leaf amount: 0.106 oz / 3 g
-Water temperature: 212 F / 100 C
-Water amount: 5.07 fl oz / 150 ml
-Infusion time: 3 – 4 min.
Brewing steps:
1. Use soft water
2. Boil water for 3 min. to take out air and chlorine
3. Pour the boiled water into a teapot or cup to warm it
4. Put 1 heaping teaspoon of leaves into the teapot
5. Pour the boiled water into the teapot (2/3 cup water for 1 person) and put the lid on the teapot
6. Wait 3 – 4 min.
7. Pour the liquid from the teapot into the cup to the last drop
