Konacha products are by-products of Sencha.  And small leaf particles make this tea.  Due to the small leaf size, you can infuse well more quickly.  So we recommend brewing this tea in a short time with hot water.  By the way, Japanese sushi restaurants often serve Konacha as their teas.  Because the strong tea flavor helps refreshing the fish aftertaste.  And we call this tea “Agari”.
