What products do you sell?
We sell only organic agricultural products. All products are grown and processed in Japan. Currently we sell organic Japanese green teas and are setting up the supply of other tea varieties and organic food growers.
2.Vendors
Who are the farmers that sell on the SONO marketplace?
All our tea growers that sell on the SONO marketplace are certified organic farmers and food producers in Japan. They grow and make their products in Japan.
3.Order
Do you set minimum/maximum order amounts?
Currently we don’t set minimum order amounts but we set maximum weights per order and price per vendor.
4.Shipping
What shipping methods do you offer?
Depending upon the availability of tracking services and guaranteed delivery in the buyer’s home country, we offer up to three shipping methods.
Can We Return or Exchange?
If the reason is by our fault, of course we will accept returns or exchanges. However, if the reason is by your side, we accept returns or exchanges only if you pay for the return shipping charges and the product condition is unopened, unused, and resell-able.

We offer PayPal and Credit cards.
What currency can I choose to pay?
You can choose one currency from multiple currencies we have set up on the site. Please be aware that the currency rate depicted in the product price and when you settle the payment, may be different.
